Ingredients:S-Adenosyl-Methionine tosylate disulfate, cellulose, mannitol, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose phthalate, citric acid, sodium starch glycolate, triacetin, modified cellulose gum, stearic acid, silica, titanium dioxide, yellow ochre.

Suggested use:Clinical studies show that supplementation of 400mg (or two tablets) a day is effective for most people. Different levels of supplementation may be beneficial to some people.

Mood and emotional well-being: Take 2 tablets (400mg ) a day for the first week. If after the first week the desired benefits are not achieved you may gradually increase your level of supplementation. In the second week, take 2 tablets twice a day (800 mg). You may increase your intake of SAMe to as much as 2 tablets four times a day at the end of the third week for a maximum of 1600mg.
