For years I felt as though my thoughts wandered. I could not stay concentrated on "the task at hand". In general I was always tired and felt depressed. I spoke to someone about taking Gingko Baloba, Saint Johns Wort and the like...I tried them with no success. Then, several months ago, another told me of SAM-e. I went to a local "vitamin store" and bought a 60 count box... I found that it did help some, but I was not completely satisfied with its effect. I then stumbled across Nutralife SAM-e, and with some hesitation I made the purchase…. I will sum this up with a big smile. Within a matter of just 10 days, I felt "and thought" great!. My concentration was restored, I wasn't tired, and my depressive mood has NOT returned. Now I am not saying that Nutralife SAM-e is a miracle supplement, but I will say, it is the best that I have found… I feel better than I have in 10 years.
