NutraLife Pet – Ultra Joint & Liver Support for Medium Dogs 200 mg. – 30 Enteric Coated Tablets
NutraLife Pet Ultra Joint & Liver Support contains 200 mg. active SAMe (S-Adenosyl-Methionine) per tablet. This dose is for all medium size dogs. Give 10mg of Ultra Joint & Liver Support for every pound of body weight. You may use any combination of tablet size to achieve the most accurate dose. NutraLife Pet Ultra Joint & Liver Support is recommended to help support joint flexibility, joint mobility, and liver function for animal use only.
Suggested Use:
Give 10mg of Ultra Joint & Liver Support for every pound of body weight. You may use any combination of tablet size to achieve the most accurate dose. Do not break the tablets. Available dosage sizes: 50mg, 100mg, 200mg, & 400mg.
Example: Pet weight: 25 lbs. x 10 = 250mg SAMe per day. You may give one 200mg tablet and one 50mg tablet to achieve a total dose of 250mg.
For maximum absorption, SAMe should be given on an empty stomach. (Optimal times are first thing in the morning, one hour before a meal, or three hours after a meal.) If swallowing is a concern, pet owners may conceal the tablet in small pieces of moist food.
If you miss a dose, administer the dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and return to the regular schedule. Do not give a double dose. Dosage may be gradually decreased or increased as symptoms improve or as recommended by your veterinarian.
Warnings
Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. If animal’s condition worsens or does not improve, stop product administration and consult your veterinarian. Caution in use with antidepressants. For animal use only. Keep out of reach of children and animals. In case of accidental overdose, contact a health professional immediately. Vomiting may occur in rare instances. Consult your veterinarian if you notice any changes in your pet’s condition or behavior. Trouble swallowing may cause throat irritation in pets. Therefore, give your pet water after administering SAMe tablets to help your pet swallow. SAMe should be protected from heat, humidity, and moisture (i.e., do not store in the bathroom). Do not remove the tablet from the blister pack until you are ready to administer it to your pet. This product should be stored in a dry, cool place.

Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose Phthalate or Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose and Methacrylic Acid Copolymer, Titanium Dioxide, Triacetin, Yellow Ochre.
